Details:

The machine consists of 3 sets of 5-axis standard mechanical arms, 2 sets of jig lifting mechanisms, 1 jig positioning platform, 6 sets of sub-jig/product transfer platforms, 1 material picking mechanical arm, 1 material discharging conveyor line, 1 set of bottom return conveyor line, and 3 sets of glue supply pump modules.
Three rubber heads were operated at the same time, and the output doubled.
During normal operation, each dispensing machine station has products queued in front and behind it. After the three dispensing machine are completed, the assembly line acts synchronously.
The conveyor line is equipped with positioning devices to ensure rapid and precise product transfer and positioning. An air cylinder lifts the product, and the rotating shaft tightly presses the product to achieve flipping operations.
