This automatic glue dispenser adopts the latest multi-axis dispensing control system.

The X, Y, and Z axes are all driven by servo motors and ball screws, ensuring high stability and precision.

Operated via a handheld teaching pendant, it supports storage of multiple dispensing programs that can be recalled at any time. The machine can run with or without the teaching pendant.

Supports motion trajectories such as point-to-point, linear, circular, arc, 2-axis and 3-axis interpolation, making it suitable for complex dispensing patterns including dots, lines, rectangles, and circles—ideal for automated production lines. Once programmed, it can operate continuously, reducing labor costs. Speed can be adjusted as needed based on actual conditions.

Dispensing speed can be changed mid-operation. Dispensing volume is fully adjustable. Features adjustable air pressure and vacuum suction to control dripping and prevent glue leakage.

Capable of dispensing on multiple products simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency. A full set of accessories is included.

Motion accuracy reaches up to ±0.02 mm.

This automatic glue dispenser is designed based on the customer's production line requirements. It can be directly integrated into the production line without the need for manual loading and unloading, enabling truly unmanned operation.

Typical applications include:
Fixing and protection of PCB electronic components
Encapsulation of LCD glass and acrylic panels
Coating of mobile phone circuit boards
Precise gas and liquid dispensing and coating

Working Principle

The 3-axis automatic glue dispenser is designed to be placed directly alongside the customer's production line. A product stop mechanism is installed on the conveyor line. When the infrared sensing system detects the arrival of a product, it automatically activates the stop mechanism to hold the product in place and simultaneously starts the dispensing process. Once the dispensing is completed, the stop mechanism is automatically released, allowing the product to exit while the next product flows in seamlessly.

Product Stop Mechanisms A and B

These mechanisms are designed to prevent product collisions or “tailgating” during continuous flow. When multiple products arrive closely in sequence, the infrared system automatically identifies and ensures that dispensing is only applied to the first product. It can also intelligently recognize the second or third product for subsequent dispensing.
In the event of a line blockage, the system automatically detects the jam and enters a standby mode. Once the blockage is cleared, the machine resumes the dispensing cycle automatically.

Anti-Backflow Mechanism:

To prevent products from being accidentally pushed back toward the glue dispenser due to downstream pressure on the customer’s line, the anti-backflow mechanism is automatically engaged. This prevents reverse movement of products into the dispensing area and avoids unintended operation of the dispenser.
