The auto glue dispenser adopts a dual-valve asynchronous design, with the auxiliary valve capable of independently adjusting the XYZ axes. The auxiliary valve's small Z-axis is driven by a servo motor.
It adopts a dual-module face-to-face design.
The module supports extreme Y-axis motion and is designed for end-to-end operation mode.
Module collision prevention is upgraded, with both software and hardware functionality optimized.
CCD vision positioning collects image and path data to achieve precise alignment.
Equipped with a flying-shot function, allowing module movement without stopping.
Flying-shot enables automatic modeling, avoiding failed captures.
Large-travel glue dispenser supports products within 2500mm without requiring segmented board feeding.
Equipped with automatic weighing and automatic height detection functions.
