The Desktop Automatic Screw Tightening Robot suitable for M1.5-M5.0 screws, it adapts to various applications including mobile phones, keyboards, monitors, car accessories, toys, small home electrical appliances, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, LCD screen, electronic components (such as relays, speakers),etc. The machine is easy to operate, with adjustable feeders and high repeatability of +/-0.02mm.

1.Back to back type can tighten two different screws on the same product on the same Y axis, so as to achieve extremely fast and efficient work mode.
2.Doubles production efficiency through dual-head, dual-platform operation
3.The operator can use manual positioning to do programming. It is higly effiecient and very easy to learn the operation.
4.Support auto sensing start operation function.
5.Servo motor or electric screwdriver are optional. Both of them can adjust the torque and rotation speed freely.
6.With alarm function to fastening missing, untightened screws, worn tread, etc.
