Details:

★ The automatic screw assembly machine is provided with the visual image location system that is the top in the industry, and original imported industrial digital cameras and high quality lenses are used.
★ High precision screw guide rails + servo motor structures are provided to ensure the high quality and high precision of visual alignment.
★ The screw assembly machine is provided with high performance industrial PC computers and independently developed control software to achieve rapid operation programming and visualized operation interfaces.
★ The positioning accuracy can be up to ±0.02mm. Feeding by the vibrating disk as the feeding way can save high costs for required replacement of screw boxes for customers in driving different screws.
★ Two sets of fixture platforms. A single fixture can lock up to two 520 × 250 products. Manual adjustment, adjustable to any size within the range, compatible with all products in the range.
★ The mode of the combination of air blow and absorption is used for locking screws so that the machine is applicable to screw locking requirements for different products to live up to the maximization of the scope of application.
★ The productivity can reach 3000 pieces/h.
