All axes adopt high-precision linear guide rails.
Operated via a handheld teaching pendant, the system can store multiple dispensing programs that can be recalled at any time. Programming can be taught on-site or imported using PLT files.
The motion paths support point-to-point, linear, circular, arc, dual-axis, and three-axis interpolation. The repeat positioning accuracy is within ±0.02mm, making it suitable for handling complex patterns, dots, lines, rectangles, circles, and other dispensing tasks that cannot be completed manually. It is ideal for use in automated production lines. Once the teaching program is completed, it can run automatically for long periods, reducing labor costs. Program speed can be adjusted as needed based on actual conditions.
The processing speed can be changed at any point during operation. The dispensing and coating volumes can be freely controlled. Air pressure and vacuum suction (to prevent dripping or leaking) are also fully adjustable.
